Sweet-and-salty purple
Ube and cheese is one of the Philippines' favorite pairings, from ube cheese pandesal to ube cheese ensaymada. Cheesy Ube Macapuno brings it into halo-halo.
We start with ube halaya cooked slowly the old way and never dyed, so the purple you see is the real color of the yam. Strips of macapuno, the soft and chewy sport coconut, add sweetness and texture. Cubes of cheese cut through the richness with a salty bite, and our premium signature ice and signature cream keep it cool and creamy.
It is rich without being heavy, and it is the most photogenic cup on our menu.
