From Taytay to your town

From one family shop to a proven franchise

Halo-halo is known far beyond the Philippines. People recognize the tall cup of shaved ice, ube halaya and macapuno on sight. We reworked it with our own family recipes into five signature flavors that sell to every age group.

Our Taytay flagship showed us the demand was real. Kids, grandparents, students and visitors lined up there every day. That steady line is what turned one family shop into a franchise ready to grow.

The Halowow advantage

Why partners choose Halowow

A bright, layered cup that makes mall-goers stop walking, and a taste that brings them back.

Proven flagship

Our Taytay shop proved it first: kids, lolos and lolas, students and visitors lining up for the same five flavors every day.

Family recipes

Our premium signature ice and signature cream, a hand-made custard cream, are family recipes. Your customers can't get this taste anywhere but Halowow.

Flexible formats

Compact kiosks for malls, terminals and schools, or full dessert shops for standalone sites.

Marketing support

National campaigns, branding assets, social content and help with local promos.

Full training

No food experience needed. We train you and your crew on recipes, operations and service.

Ongoing support

Ingredients supplied by Halowow, logistics handled, regular audits and a team that answers the phone.

Why dessert, and why now

People buy dessert on cravings

Dessert is an affordable treat that people buy again and again. Halo-halo adds national pride and demand that is already there.

An affordable treat

Even when budgets are tight, people still buy small treats. A cup of premium halo-halo, built after you order, is one of them.

A Filipino favorite

Halo-halo goes with merienda, summer and family. The demand is already there, in every town.

Pride and curiosity

Filipinos order it for the tradition. Tourists and foodies order it for the surprise. It sells to every age group.

Made for the camera

Layered, colorful and served in a clear cup, Halowow gets photographed and posted. That is free advertising for your branch.

From our family to yours

Why we franchise

The Maghinay siblings wanted a business that would last, honor their roots and give other families a start. Franchising lets us do that with partners who share the work and the rewards.

Many of our partners are first-time entrepreneurs, OFWs investing back home or families looking for the right business. We give each of them the support, systems and brand to make it work. Our dream is Halowow across the Philippines and, one day, in cities around the world. When you join, you help build it.

FAQ

Franchise questions

See all 18 answers on the franchise FAQ.

How much is the Halowow franchise fee?

The fee depends on the format: kiosk or full store. It covers your right to operate under the Halowow name, your initial training and access to our house recipes and systems. We give exact figures after we review your application.

What is the total investment?

It depends on the size and location of your kiosk or store. The total covers the franchise fee, construction, equipment, initial inventory and working capital. We send a detailed estimate once we review your application.

Do you offer kiosks or only full stores?

Both. Kiosks fit malls, transport terminals and schools. Full stores fit standalone locations and bigger community spaces.

Do I need food business experience?

No. Many of our franchisees are first-time business owners. Training covers everything, from building a Halowow cup to running the store day to day.

How long does it take to open?

Most partners open 2 to 4 months after approval. The timeline depends on construction, permits and setup.

What training will I receive?

Hands-on training in our recipes and preparation standards, store operations, customer service and inventory, based on the systems we built at our Taytay flagship. We train your staff too.
